I invited my papa, mama and Lian Fung to my house for a " Bak Kut Teh " dinner, with my beloved Lao Kong. For Lao Kong, of course, I cooked once Bak Kut Teh for him liao before, this is the second time for him, with more ingredients.......................
See, this is the ' end product ', after more than 8 hours boiled in the slow cooker, from morning when I left my house for work till I came home in the evening, whatever put in the slow cooker, already soft and even meat also ' melted ' a bit, due to long time cooking. But in fact, it tastes good, just that my hubby complaint that there are no meat foound in the pot, although I bought a lot of meat, but due to long time cooked and boiled, everything melted. My parent and brother also said it tastes excellent !!!!
Some other side dishes which I prepared to eat with the Bak Kut Teh soup. Hmmmmmm ......................... yummy, yummy !!!!
